This was one of the most challenging projects we have worked on. Anyplan is the first matchmaking application in the exhibition sector. Exploring a field in which there are no competitors on the one hand provides great commercial advantages, but on the other side, it forces you to face problems that have not yet been solved by anyone. But solving new problems is what excites us the most.

Issues we had to deal included (but were not limited to):

• The creation of one or more automatic systems that aggregate and update information on trade shows from multiple databases.
• The study of an interface and a layout that was as intuitive as possible and that minimized the time needed to find out who are the participants in a show of interest and to organize appointments with them.
• Finding a solution to organize appointments even with attendees who don't use the app.
•  Choosing the best technologies for the rapid development of IOS and Android applications and for the back-end.
• Create a scalable cloud server infrastructure that was highly reliable and GDPR compliant, which could also withstand traffic increases due to special events.

The back-end of the application was implemented using Python language and the Django framework. For the development of the application front-end, the Angular framework combined with Ionic was used instead.
